WITH the objective of getting people of Wensleydale back out into the community, details of activities in the Leyburn Restart Programme have been released.
Funded by North Yorkshire County Council via the Community Hubs, the Restart Programme signposts people to the increasing number of activities now available.
Taking place mostly at the Leyburn Arts Centre, there is a vast choice of varied and interesting activities for those starved of either culture or company.
Get started with the Wednesday Walking Group, a circular walk of between three and five miles. Meet at the centre ready for a prompt 10am departure. Social distancing, with separate groups of no more than six, is strictly observed, all for a £2 donation, although dogs are not allowed.
