Get ready for the bookmobile

LOWELL — The Pollard Memorial Library’s new bookmobile rolled into town in June and should be ready to hit the streets serving book-loving patrons by late fall, Library Director Steve Robichaud told the City Council in a motion response at Tuesday’s meeting.
