The Duke City Gladiators (3-4) broke a three-game losing streak with a 52-38 victory over the Northern Arizona Wranglers (1-6) in Indoor Football League play at the Rio Rancho Events Center on Saturday night.
The game was the debut of Gladiators coach Robert Kent Jr., who replaced Martino Theus after last week’s home loss to Frisco.
The Gladiators will be on the road the next two weeks, against the Tucson Sugar Skulls and then the Wranglers again, before returning home to face the Spokane Shock on July 24.
