Grand jury indicts Sullivan man on manslaughter charge
ELLSWORTH — A Hancock County grand jury Dec. 10 indicted a Sullivan man on a charge of manslaughter in connection with an April 14 crash in Sullivan that took the life of John Michael-Boucar.
Jason Andrews, 26, also was indicted on charges of aggravated criminal operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, reckless conduct, driving to endanger and criminal speeding.
The grand jury also indicted the following others:
David Baker, 55, Franklin, criminal threatening, domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct June 12 in Franklin.
Timothy Blackwell, 35, Ellsworth, one count each burglary, aggravated criminal mischief and two counts theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Ellsworth May 24.
