This winter Impracticum, Graver Goods’ independent creative writing program, will offer “Eight Prison-Breaks: Beyond Traditional Narrative,” a course taught by renowned teacher and writer, David Shields. Shields is the author of twenty-two books, including Reality Hunger, The Thing About Life Is That One Day You’ll Be Dead, Black Planet, and Other People: Takes & Mistakes.
