Joining Industries – an advanced manufacturing enterprise with 30-year-old roots – recently paid $3 million for the East Granby building in which it is located.
“Our businesses are doing very well,” said David Hudson, CEO of Joining Industries. “They are growing. The building has a lot of value, and the seller was ready.”
Hudson said the purchase of the 45,110-square-foot building at 17 Connecticut South Drive gives his company greater ability to make improvements on its schedule.
