OHIO — Last year, many Fourth of July firework shows were called off because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It left many people to honor the holiday from inside their homes, maybe watching a display set off by a neighbor or two.
But this year, most of the shows are back on, welcoming communities to take part in Independence Day celebrations.
