At 9:35 p.m., Henry County deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash on N2200 Ave. east of Colona. No injuries were reported. The driver of the vehicle, Christian Loenser, 19, of rural Geneseo, was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Friday, Jan. 1
At 1:20 a.m., a Henry County deputy made a traffic stop on South Main Street in Kewanee. The driver of the vehicle, Alexander Carmen, 26, of Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear citation for driving with a suspended license.
Sunday, Jan. 3
At 2:02 a.m., a Henry County deputy made a traffic stop on East Ninth Street in Kewanee. The driver of the vehicle, Bill Hargis, 36, of Kewanee, was ticketed for driving with a suspended license and arrested for an outstanding Henry County warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment, endangering the life of a child, domestic battery and driving without insurance. He was taken to Henry County Jail.
