CLEVELAND, Jan. 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Just one day before the drawing on New Year's Eve, Deborah Rascan, a resident of Hinckley, Ohio decided to buy a $50 raffle ticket, hoping to win either a half million dollar home in Strongsville, Ohio or a cash prize. Thinking it would be a good idea to increase her chances of winning, she bought two more tickets.
