It was another full weekend of lacrosse across the nation with the top teams in the country leaving no doubt as to their supremacy. For that reason some of the best games over the last week were from teams in the latter half of the top-25.
One of those teams was Seton Hill which climbed back in the IWLCA National Rankings for the first time in over a year, to No. 24, with a 15-12 victory over No. 23 Mercyhurst and took over first in the PSAC West. Pace was the other large riser during the week, going from 24 to 18 by improving to 4-0 with an impressive 19-8 victory over nationally ranked New Haven and a 22-8 win over AIC. Bentley was the only other team with significant movement, going from 17-14 following a pair of victories to start its year, including a win over New Haven. Mount Olive did move up two spots to No. 17 as the Trojans improve to 7-1 on the year.
