InnovAge Holding - Denver, Colo., 16.7 million shares, priced $17-$19, managed by JP Morgan/Barclays. Proposed Nasdaq symbol INNV. Business: Provides care services to high-cost duel-eligilble seniors through PACE.
Oscar Health - New York, 31 million shares, priced $32-$34, managed by Goldman Sachs/Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol OSCR. Business: Provides direct-to-consumer online health insurance products and services.
Roblox - San Mateo, Calif., 198.9 million shares, priced at $45, managed by Goldman Sachs/Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol RBLX. Business: Online platform where users can develop and play games.
