Josh Shapiro inauguration: How to watch the next Pennsylvania governor's swearing-in ceremony

Josh Shapiro will be sworn in as Pennsylvania's 48th governor during an inaugural ceremony at the State Capitol Complex on Tuesday, Jan. 17. WHTM and WGAL will each livestream the inauguration on their websites. A concert featuring Smokey Robinson, Wiz Khalifa and Mt. Joy will be held at Rock Lititz in Lancaster County on Tuesday night.
