Judge rules widow of Tennessee firefighter can't collect his life insurance due to 'circumstantial evidence implicating her'

A U.S. district judge in the Middle District of Tennessee has ruled a deceased Nashville firefighter's wife should not collect her late husband's life insurance for the time being because of looming questions about how he died, according to a new court filing.
