The linebacker is back home after spending the day in jail. Reuben foster left the jail after posting 75,000 bail. The 49ers linebacker had no comment on his arrest. It all began this morning when Police Received a 911 call from his home, apparently from his girlfriend. Shes calling saying her boyfriend beat her up, two weapons, an ar16 and a knife inside the house. Reporter soon after the several police cars descended on the resident. One neighbor was surprised to see the Police Activity on his street. I saw five or six police cars in the driveway. The 23yearold just finished a solid rookie season and was expected to be a key part Going Forward. But his position with the team is in jeopardy. Last month he was arrested in alabama for marijuana possession. And last year he submitted a dilutedddddddddddddddd 49ers said theyre gathering all information pertinent. Since 2012, the 9ers are the nfl team with the most player arrests, 17. In recent years, four others have been arrested and accused of Domestic Violence. None of the players are currently on the team. Last april the 9ers cut brock four hours after he was released from jail. At the time the general manager said its not easy but something we needed to do. Back now to foster, a first time offender of the nfls Domestic Violence policy could face a sixmonth suspension. And i did speak to police tonight and they tell me the man who was hit by the fence is out of surgery and in the icu. The woman who was 41 years old had minor injuries.
