Here is the forecast animation and you can see the focus is certainly south of the golden gate and even farther south. After 8 30, 9 00 tonight, it will be pretty much over except for isolated patches of sprinkles. On we go to the rainfall estimates. We expect generally one to five inches of snow accumulation but in the Higher Elevations over the peaks, could see seven inches and of course, there will be difficult travel under those conditions. So overnight, as the skies become at least partly clear, look for low temperatures in the 30s in the north bay valleys. That will be the chilliest region. Other areas will see lows in the mid 40s and tomorrow under sunnier skies, high temperatures from mid 50s at the costa low to mid 60s around the bay shoreline to low to mid 60s inland and well see king tides higher than usual high tides when this occurs, there is generally the chance of local ielzed floized g to the sevenday forecast. Weve been working with ucsf since last spring to come up with a program that will guarantee the safety of everyone in chase center. And sad to report on the passing of the golden boy. The hall of famer paul horning who starred for the Green Bay Packers in the 60s passed away. He won the heisman at the notre dame. He played running back, receiver, quarterback and kicker. Talk about doing it all. Paul horning was 84 years old. If you had a modern player doing that, hed be the entire nfl payroll. You could not pay a guy like that enough. And i want to circle back on the warriors situation with their plan. Obviously, the timing this was released and came out not ideal given that San Francisco and many other counties are rolling back the openings and restaurants are no longer going to be able to have Indoor Dining s its a coincidence but who knows where well be in december and what the warriors are hoping is that they can come up with a blueprint, a model dan and ama that the rest of Major League Sports can follow whether its basketball, football, baseball, whatever it may be to institute this Rapid Testing and well see how it turns out. We will. Thanks, larry, very much. Joining us tonight for abc 7 news at 11 00. Tonight is the last night for Indoor Dining in San Francisco. Restaurant owners all tell us their hard work to keep things safe in the dining rooms may be for nothing. And with offices and malls still shut down in many places, holiday toy and donation drives are taking a hit instead of drop off bins and bell ringing, charities are taking things online. Finally tonight, a few thoughts what really matters. It been a discouraging week with the coronavirus spreading again quickly in all 50 states, many including ours rolling back on reopening restaurants, bars, movie theaters wherever people gather. Contrary to what President Trump claimed before the election, we are not rounding the turn in any way. We werent when he said it and were not now and clearly, we wont round that turn for months more despite the great news that vaccines are coming. It means a Holiday Season that will be a very different than we would like, obviously. Were being urged not to travel, not to gather in large groups of family and friends and to be extra vigilant with masks and distancing. Sadly, for many businesses that have hung on this long, going backward will be the final nail in their coffins, they literally cannot take much more. No easy solutions with lives at stake, clearly, but what really matters is that each of us has the power to literally stop the virus from spreading. And that is something to be thankful for. I always love to hear from you, let me know what you think. Follow me on twitter and facebook at dan ashley abc 7. All right. That is it for this edition of abc 7 news.
