I think we can expect the next week seven or eight of these people to go ahead and just declare their campaign is suspended so they can raise money but not going after anyone. She talks about breaking up big tech, company like facebook. There is way too much consolidation right now in the industry of this industry that hurts independent farmer as and our economy overall. One of the victims of the san bruno explosion filed the lawsuit today accusing his attorney keeping too much of the money that he was given by pg e. That attorney is a big name in hollywood. Reporter joe gomez was burned over 90 of his body when the pg e gas pipe exploded in san bruno. His girlfriend, jessica morales, has died. Reporter that was gomez talking about the lingering trauma at the memorial back in 2015. Now he says hes a victim again, claiming in the suit filed on wednesday that his lawyer wont pay him his full settlement. That lawyer is high profiled lawyer. Famously picked in erin brockovich. Reporter it is what pg e over the san bruno case. The exact amount is not spelled out. Ruiz gomez needs it to pay for more surgery. Ruiz gomez says it has always been nine years. Officers visited the home on fourth avenue, when they arrived, they found a body of a man and woman both in their 40s. He dies from gunshot wounds and appears they have been dead for several days. Deputies will say the investigation is still ongoing but there is no more major threat to the community. Authorities have not released the names of the victims.
