Now were going to take it outside for a Scavenger Hunt. The first one is an outdoor Scavenger Hunt. All the things we get outside well take back inside for crafts. I know all these things are already in our yard so im setting him up for success. I know hell have fun doing it. Were going to look in our garden and our yard to find something from every color of the rainbow. Were going to do another art project inside with that. The best thing about these projects is if your kids are old enough and you have a safe outdoor space for them, they can go outside and do this on their own while you get something done. But in our case with our little 2yearold, well tag along and join in on the fun. Okay, were out here on our Scavenger Hunt and finding all kinds of good things in nature and getting our hands dirty. Look what taj found. We go with the flow, we found some sticks and flowers, rocks, leaves, all sort of things we can take inside, even a big pile of dirt. This is what we want, we want to get our hands dirty, we want to be in nature, we want to remember all the good things in life now, because life is good. What did you find . That olive. What do you think might have eaten it . Something in our basket. Now well find all the colors of the rainbow. When youre out in nature you can find all the colors pretty fast. Taj, can you find something that is the color green . What color is that . Yeah, perfect beautiful. We got orange. Okay, taj, were back inside. Weve got all of our beautiful things from nature. And now we get to make a magic nature wand. Are you ready . Yeah. Okay, lets do it. You add all the things you want. Here is your wand. You can use pipe cleaners or string, dental floss, anything you have laying around the house. Okay. Okay. So weve got our rainbow colors. We made a little rainbow on the paper here. Were going to put each color here on the rainbow. You can tape it on there. Its really pretty. There we have it. Well tape it up and put it on the fridge. To remind us of our day outside, a good day.
