Tonight, the feds ordered inspections in some boeing 737 models. After warning of structural cracks. Boeing notified the faa about the problem on some boeing 737 next generation planes. It has been pretty impressive to say the least. Thats the center of action to the west of sacramento. The red box on there shows you where the Tornado Warning is in effect 7 00 this evening and there is not necessarily eyewitness account of people seeing a funnel cloud. This is a situation where the National Weather service has likely detected the rotation on a radar and they have issued a Tornado Warning for the entire area in the red box. That covers the northeast side of davis extending as far as west sacramento. You see the real focus. Neither location is under any threat of immediacy. However, that need to be watched the next 20 minutes or so. As long as the Tornado Warning is in effect. The system that spawned all of that nasty weather in the Central Valley is still going to be with us. Into tomorrow. And theres a chance here in the bay area, that we could get our own showers, not forecasting the same weather we are seeing in the sacramento valley. As we take a look at the live radar, we will watch the north bay tomorrow for the best odds for some of this rain. Isolated showers here. For the north bay. At best. However, even though many of us wont get anything, if you happen to get one of those isolated cells right over you, you get a good brief little downpour. Some lightning and thunder. Hail couldnt be ruled out. Tomorrow afternoon focused mainly on the north bay and it fizzles out working its way across the rest of the bay area. The sky will look interesting. It is going to look like we have a storm moving through the area and you get a pretty good cloud show. As far as the rain, north bay gets the totaling and thats it. That covers sunday. We will stay cool this whole period. By the time we finish the weekend. , we will start a warmup after that. But even at that, the warmup only gets us back up to average. Been a tough day for a little dog that fell 30 feet down an abandoned well in southern california. The pup was rescued by an elite team of firefighter as reporter Stacey Butler shows us. Reporter by the time the la county fire urban search and rescue team got to the dog, he had been missing for hours. We were hoping he wouldnt stop barking. Reporter la county firefighter cut through concrete to make the opening big enough for firefighters jay sartorus. He was wearing a hazmat suit searching for pack low, a Sentinel Security pound york yee. He was the same color of the mud so it was hard to hear and see down there. Luckily, he made one little bark and i was able to just pinpoint where he was at. But basically, he was stuck in the mud. So it was like pulling him out until the dog released from the mud and popped right out. Reporter he handed pablo to firefighter abe. He was panting and breathing hard. But he was still alive. Reporter pablo was covered with sticky black muck. We moved him to an area to wash him and wash off the muck off of him. Reporter it was an emotional reunion for his owners. They were meeting with contractors toed to rebuild their home after the woolsey fire when pablo ran off. I was mostly amazed with how incredible the Fire Department was. And how patient they were and how caring they were. The best feeling i felt probably besides rescuing the dog, i found out the residents of that location lost their home in one of the fires recently in malibu.
