Because of those hot temperatures, we have a heat advisory in effect for most of the bay area except the coast an immediate shoreline. I will have more on this hot forecast in a few minutes. We have breaking news overnight. Several people were injured in a headon collision involving two vehicles. This was on state highway 84. A toyota camry and a ford suv containing several children wrecked at 7 30 last night. This happened at 84 and polymerics road. That was shut down for more than two hours for the investigation. Were trying to find out more information on exactly what happened. A shooting. A person in a car had been shot. This is under investigation. The person was parked on the shoulder of the 101 n. Of bailey. They think the person was on the way to the hospital after being shot. Another shooting victim was reported and brought into Oconnor Hospital just before 2 am. The shootings may have happened in the same place right in front of the ibm. Officers have not confirmed that. We are trying to get more from them. We will keep you posted. Firefighters are keeping an eye on your 45 at Fishermans Wharf after a fire over the weekend. They are making sure there are no flareups or hotspots.
