Lets get into this forecast, and i want to start to take apart this wind event. This is not like the typical wind you have been experiencing for the last two weeks nonstop. Its going to play ou ts starf or where you live, the red flag warning hasnt started yet, thats a different story, well get to that next. But the when you have been living with to the afternoon and up to right now is going to stay just about as strong as it is at your house until the sun goes down. Watch what happens on the futurecast, we are going to start here at 5 15, the brighter the color the stronger the wind. As we advance this to 9 00, the sun is down and it starts getting dark. The wind starts to turn off. But then, the second phase of this wind event is going to start to kick in. For that, weve got to get up to the north bay, watch the mountains, and watch how they light up. In the overnight hours, that is at 3 00 a. M. And now, not only has the wind turned its focus to the mountains in the north bay, but it is coming from a different direction. It is no longer this cold onshore wind that we have all been living with. This is now in offshore wind, can you see the streamlines coming in from the northeast . That creates trouble here in the mountains, because when the wind comes from inland part of california, it is not dry there, it hits the mountains, it goes up, it seems, dries up, that is how we get fire weather. And it will stay that way overnight and into a good part of tomorrow. And we need to add in, that it is not just the wind is the reduced immunity, so that is a goblin. If you take a look at where the humidity levers are gonna be, when we get to tomorrow morning, this is pretty low. But i think we probably need some perspective, because what does a 38 percent relative humidity really mean you met let me give you a comparison. We are going to switch from monday morning, this is tomorrow where the air is at its driest, heres where we were at 6 00 a. M. Totals were a lot higher. So this is normal without the strong offshore winds. Tomorrow, the gusty winds dry out all the twigs and the grass and the breasts. And it is just like fall, and theres a red flag warning. It covers mainly the mountains of napa and sonoma county. That is really the focus here. That is going to be our concern. Marin, youre in, because technically you got a red flag warning up above 7000 feet, but it is not as big a concern as up in the mountains in napa and sonoma. As far as temperatures go, but some of us get a major cooldown. But look at the area 24 hours ago. Santa rosa, actually warmed up. Morning lows tomorrow, back down into the mid50s, no news there in daytime highs tomorrow will come in pretty much where they were today. It is one of the cooler days in the sevenday forecast, because as we get past this, the weather is going to get a lot less exciting. So the wind is going to turn off for most of us tonight. But it will turn off even in the mountains by the time we get to monday night, and then tuesday through the rest of next week, it is kind of like what we were living with for the last week and half. Theres not a whole lot, but more warm temperatures inland and temperature stay in the mid to upper 70s for the bay. That is the forecast, guys back over to you.
