And San Francisco there are two separate shootings that have left two dead and three others injured. Two teenagers admitted to starting a fire in San Francisco and how they were caught red handed. Good morning on this friday, november 17. I am emily turner. I am devin fehely. There is a double homicide in san jose with two killed and three shot but their injuries were not lifethreatening. This was on south capitol avenue near the Nuevo Vallarta restaurant. Several surrounding streets are expected to be closed for a few hours. Shortly before 4 00 a man was a leash avenue where a man was fatally stabbed at coyote road and later died at the hospital from his injuries. There was a stabbing that happened at pier 39 near embarcadero. This video shows the police at the scene but no word on injuries or how many were involved. In developing news in San Francisco, at least five people were shot in two separate incidents in the span of a half hour last night. Around 8 30 last night four people were found shot on schwerin street and sunnydale. One victim died and the other three were treated. 30 minutes later man was shot and killed on hundred points road and no word on the suspects or motive for either shooting. On the fire watch, fire crews remain on the scene of a fire at the iconic south San Francisco hillside overnight with two teenagers that allegedly confessed to starting the fire have now been released back to their parents. The police said the neighbor saw them leaving the area. As kpix 5 kenny choi reports they have their hands full with a second fire torching the warehouse only a few hours later. Reporter flames and black smoke taking over the skies and witnesses could see a different firefight only miles away in the san bruno mountains. I come down the bank and see this one and i think wait a minute, whats going on here. Reporter crews were battling the five alarm grass fire and spotted this warehouse fire to the south. A neighbor thought they saw something and we started sending the crews down and at the same time getting a report of fires. Within seconds it caught on fire with flames up to the sky. Reporter more than 18 engines were battling a fire on the hill with 18 engines arriving to attack another blaze at a bakery in the bay area for over 25 years. The owners can only watch after escaping the burning building. The initial resources were here quickly but were quickly overwhelmed. Reporter the south San Francisco Fire Department said the second and third fire engines on the way were delayed by a minute and a half. We had to back feel stations that dont have resources. That is just in case of Something Like this. Reporter these were fires and we were grateful for these guys. As far as the daytime highs today have a cooldown that will begin but inland you may not notice that a lot today. You want to be near the coast or immediate bay. Numbers in the mid70s for pacifica and half moon bay. But in Santa Clara San Jose not much cooler yet. Tomorrow will be by about 5 degrees. We never really are going to get you back to average with mid70s this time of the year. We are not getting there but you at least will cooldown from the numbers a bit. Mid90s inland if you are in concord. 95 for livermore with 94 at walnut creek. 94 for pleasanton. In the bay we have some improvement but only 82 and the city. Thats almost 10 degrees cooler than yesterday. Mid80s today in the east bay for oakland which is noticeably cooler today. In windsor 94 so we dont expect a lot of difference. The marine layer is trying to come back as we wake up with perfectly clear skies today. Tomorrow morning as well with sunday morning marine layer barely Building Back to the coast. Monday it will be back which shows us we are starting to pull back a little more on shore flow but no chance for rain over the next several days. Not so long as that pattern stays this exaggerated. In your 7day forecast we will cool you down to the upper 80s on monday inland. That is still about 10 degrees above average for this time of the year. It will warm up a little by wednesday before come back down to mid 80s by the end of the week. It is staying warm inland for most of the rest of the week. We have not seen any new major fires thankfully. Is that because the wind event was not as advertised or the preventative shutoffs are working their magic . That is anybodys guess on that. I think its more a matter of thankful luck that the wind was not a strong. That has part of the and humidity with a little bit higher still touching go situation from the weather standpoint.
