Reporter it wasnt long ago he was given a chance to enter Young Adult Court instead of being tried as an adult. I was scared to go back to jail for a more serious crime given i had something serious on my record. Superior court judge bruce chen overseas the 18 to 24 year olds. Participates like him undergo mandatory programs. Failure to meet it results in getting sent back to custody. If we took an approach you get one chance of treatment, two chances or three, he wouldnt be where he is today. The city is racking up funding from 800,000 a year to 1. 3 million annually the next five years. They will provide forecast managers, clinicians and counselors, something that the District Attorney brook jenkins and raju support.
