We do know and i have been able to confirm from a neighbor we spoke to first on kron 4 that he said at least a 100 people were at the party, it was an era b and b he says the neighbors found out about the party and the potential size of it and nobody was happy. Hes not mad yet at the owner saying that the owner is a nice person in alerted the neighbors about this, but something happened was shots rang out we have been able to confirm through audio dispatch. Dispatch audio from the Police Officers as the chat with each other as far as mobilizing we have confirmed that the shooter did not have a mask on that was wearing jeans and orange counties, so that person obviously is a person of interest at this point. We do know that at least 4 people on top of the 4 killed. At least 4 others were injured from this particular party. We dont know if the shooter or shooters new the victims. But we do know that ambulances rushed to the scene took the victims to the hospital. A few moments ago i was able to track down the neighbor, he said he could clearly hear the music. Heres what he had to say about the shooting. We didnt see anything but we heard a bunch of gunshots actually whole neighborhood. I heard it and then people were screaming and fleeing down the aisle. What what did you were you aware of this party we were hearing it was on social media, yeah, well we didnt see on social media, but a couple of our neighbors started raised complaints about the noise that was going on up there and that apparently there might have been somebody already on the way but were not sure about that you said nobody was happy about this party. The neighbors were but i its the ag s not something that we would have expected to come out of it it was just more of a noise complaint that were in. So he talked about north simply nobody had any idea on top of that just. The nose can do is complete was one thing but nobody had any idea that he would turn violent some people were raising questions at a party of this size how come there wasnt security for now were not hearing of any security provided that how can security within seen in the video was at party to make sure everybody and was particularly safe at this point we dont have a motive behind ms. That we are trying to find out more information but you just heard him and that was first on kron 4 news when i got him over live at 6. 30 east said that they did hear the cheddar over the last couple of days about a party at his side neighborhood and the said things like this. All of these investigative cars investigator cars as well as Law Enforcement now actually just on scene were search and rescue teams who are walking up this steep road leading up to me. Now here where we see these 2 sets of double life. Thats actually the home thats the home where this giant party was happening. Im going to focus in here. Now what you can see here weve got 2 lights on the lefthand side. 2 car headlight reflectors on the right hand side and actually going straight down from those 2 cars is a giant steve driveway that leads. That leads up to me i want to put this into perspective because the sun is just coming up pretty much this whole area you can see on screen here is the area where the driveway is its a very large driveway. All of this was happening First Responders had to get here to the scene go up and down this area and this is where a lot of people in our background footage and the roads were being taken in and out of this is now where investigators are and also as we continue to zoom out here just from my perspective here weve got at least a dozen cars or vehicles Emergency Responder vehicles. All right here and as i mentioned of course we also had to search and rescue teams just walk through moments before. We rely, but i also really quickly want us to hear that dispatcher audio and here what went through the scanner she describe in the case chaos of what ensued at this party. We are keeping there is a lot of people in time and she actually also gun in are going to percent of the shooter. The out of the House Congress is anyone with a gun. A similar has been issued and all lanes are blocked 80 east coming out of San Francisco toward oakland before you get to the toll plaza, so we dont know what this Police Activity is why theyve closed down or how long its going to be blocking of soon as we receive more info will pass it on. Those are Police Officers from surrounding agencies this was such a huge response or end being a Small Community that they had to call in mutually we saw Police Officers from Pleasant Hill walnut creek. The Contra Costa County Sheriffs Department. So this is eastbound this is right before you get to the toll plaza on the oakland side. We have chp police on scene they are blocking all lanes of traffic. No one is getting through theyve issued a special Traffic Alert right now and the backup just continues to grow at this time they are not releasing any information so we dont know if this is related to a crash. If theyre looking for someone if this is some sort of an ongoing investigation, theyre just saying that they are Holding Traffic until further notice 80 ease right before the toll plaza on the oakland side and this is causing major delays for people heading out of San Francisco. So dont even get on to 80 right now dont use it. Take the san mateo bridge instead. This is what its looking like oh you know what they turn the camera around check this out normally this camera is looking at the westbound traffic facing the tolls right. They panned it around and we can see the police on the left you see the flares you see all the chp units thats 80 east coming off eastern span leading up to the toll plaza and sort of blocked by all the palm trees so we cant see exactly what theyre doing, but we see them standing in traffic we see all the patrol cars and we see them Holding Everyone back if you look find them look at the long line of people stuck on the bay bridge right now that line goes along the eastern span through the tunnel announce fully backing up into San Francisco. This just happened about 15 minutes ago all lanes blocked off the bay bridge 80 east, the oakland side before you get to the toll plaza for an Ongoing Police investigation as soon as we get more details as to why theyre Holding Traffic will definitely pass it on meanwhile stay away from the bay bridge eastbound take the san mateo bridge instead westbound traffic can view the action. A judge is experiencing some major delays to traffic here because of some Police Action. This was reported at around 7 13 this morning and weve gone from having all lanes blocked to some traffic getting through take a look at the lefthand side of your screen you see the flashing lights. You see police out there this is as you come off of the eastern span. Getting closer to the toll plaza. We understand that there was a car to car shooting. No other details about that shooting or if anyone was injured are still on scene but they pretty much had all lanes blocked for the investigation.
