A second person has been arrested for a shooting that left one person injured. And sonny bill, shooting happened early sunday morning on East Washington avenue. One man suffered multiple gunshot wounds and had to be taken to the hospital. The first suspect, gregory law was taken into custody during that investigation. There were reports of the smell of gas yesterday which led them to a shed in the backyard of a home on stanton avenue. They found hundreds of boxes filled with chemicals that you like in the lab of that sort. As of now, the homeowner has not been located, but their brother was home and is cooperating, but unable to say where the homeowner is. The bomb squad was called yesterday afternoon and have been investigating those hundreds of boxes sense. Now the team did order a shelter in place, but that quickly changed to an Evacuation Order to all homes within a 6 block radius with the red cross standing by offering a place for residents to stay at the contra costa at city college, which is off of Mission Valley drive. Now as of this morning, that hasnt really been much of update. Did say that they were going to try to clear things up by about midnight last night. But obviously thats not the case. Still, an active scene were about maybe i would say half a block down from where that home is. So as the sun starts to come up, were going to try to get more information.
