Monday, a grand jury in Fulton County, georgia, issued the 4th set of criminal charges against former President Donald Trump and 18 others charging 19 individuals with violations of georgia law, Fulton County District Attorney fani willis started the investigation 2 years ago and she announced the former president and others were indicted in scheming to overturn the 2020 Election Results in the peach state. The strike is in essence over even though they have to come back in 2 weeks to formalize it and finalize the whole deal before an open session. But if they turn it down, there is a good chance the strike will happen tomorrow and it will last for 3 days. In hawaii on maui, the number of people confirmed dead in the wildfires is now. 99 and it will continue to grow as they sift through the rubble and wreckage. Like you see here, hawaiis governor has said that. 2200 plus structures have been destroyed and that 86 of news has or homes. Is just heartbreaking as they continue to go through these efforts to even get to the bottom of the devastation. He says that there are there is help. About 2000 Housing Units have been made available for those people been displaced. And on top of this, the governor says that theres now a fight over access to water to fight the fires because state Officials Say theres a shortage of water available for firefighters and they blame that on a recent ruling by environmental judges in part of a longrunning battle between environmentalists and private companies over the practice of diverting water from east maui streams. Hes now the chair of the california fire foundation. It helped raise money for those in need after the camp and car fires. There are so many similarities. The foundation has created a relief fund on behalf of the hawaii professional Firefighters Association so that it can be distributed to people displaced on maui. Its also enough energy to block out some of that cool coastal air. Thats our inland areas are going to be looking at such a hot one yet again, 90s to even triple digits for some of those inland spots. Coastal areas, you will continue to be nice and moderated by that cool sea breeze allowing many neighborhoods of San Francisco to stay in the 60s. Well towards the bayshore, the 70s 60s and 70s right along the pacific shoreline. And then the bayshore mostly into the 80s today. Definitely a warm one for the bayshore, the peninsula, redwood city all the way up to 89 while the south bay 80s to 90s for you. Same for the east bay with pleasanton livermore. Now, even though theres been all this success in adopting these animals out, the shelter still says that they have more than 120 pets that need to be adopted and right now theyre making it easy for you because adoptions are free and also, if you first of all, if youre interested, you go to the web page, you can see whos up for adoption. Brock purdy has been cleared for all football activities without any restrictions. That means he will be able to practice 3 days in a row. Now, without that built an off day that the team has been giving him over the last couple weeks. This was likely the final hurdle he needed to clear to be able to start on september 10th. When the niners are in pittsburgh, opening up their regular season. Purdy had surgery on that torn ucl on march 10th. He didnt play in the niners preseason game on sunday against vegas. But Kyle Shanahan says purdy could play in one of the final 2 preseason games.
