Bay city is getting some help from the california Highway Patrol will break down the officers roles in oakland and the types of crime theyre targeting. And former President Donald Trump expected to make his First Court Appearance today over the charges he faces and trying to overturn the 2020 election. This is going to be unfolding in a moment of both high anticipation from the public, but also tight security from Law Enforcement. Well look into what we can expect at the federal hearing this morning. Live from chapman square. This is morning. Turn to the nine. And good morning, everyone. Rise and shine. 9 00 on kind of a cloudy day if you live near the coast of your inland, its going to start warming up in a big way. I think is that alcatraz that is actually that is hard to see from where we are. But it is a little bit foggy out there. Good to have you with us. By the way, california is reportedly the most sleep deprived state. I cant believe it. Thats according to an analysis of google searches for sleep remedies and insomnia. Data shows that there were more than 8800 sleep related searches per 100,000 residents and experts point to noise commuting caffeine as the reason why people are so tired. Rounding out the top five are maryland, new york, massachusetts and neighboring nevada. The last sleep deprived state, or at least rather, is montana. And to quote the great late frank zappa , it might be moving to montana soon. Well, its not surprising when you look at how that plays out in terms of sleep deprivation or not. We have a very fast pace of life here in california and in the bay area and some of those other states on the list, massachusetts and new york do as well. So sometimes you just have to be able to relax and be in a relaxing place. I think youre right. You go to the south, everyones kind of laid back and you go way up north like montana, not a lot of people. And i think the geography helps a little bit up there, too. Its just it just makes you feel good , beautiful nature. We all need a little more sleep by. They definitely well, you probably noticed sal isnt with us this morning, but he has been on the road since about 730. We havent forgotten about him. Hes in the north bay and petaluma this morning. Yeah, sal, i guess its what, national ipa day. And what better place for you to be than right in front or right smack dab in the laguna tasting room . Youre a lucky man. So, yes, ive. Ive ive arrived in beer. Heaven is what ive arrived at. The last time i came here, they hadnt done the remodeling. This place is spectacular. So behind me is the brew house where they actually brew lagunitas beer. You can kind of see it through the glass. Oh, we would have taken you in there, but its pretty loud. Theyre actually brewing beer right now out here is an area where you eat. And by the way, they serve food here. They serve really good food here. And then let me walk with chip over here to the taproom. All right. So they have the taproom. A little later on, were going to be talking to the brewmaster. They like to call him the brew monster, jeremy, who is going to tell us a little bit more about ipas. They have a special ipa that theyre going to be pouring today. It only has 5. 5 alcohol, a little more of a session, beer if you want, for people who are going to come up here and enjoy themselves. So thats coming up. Frank and allie in just a little bit as we are live at Lagunitas Brewing Company on ipa, national ipa day. That place has grown so much sal in the last decade or so. I remember one of the first times we went there was just a few modest tents and nice vibe, but then we went back and its like a bona fide bavarian beer garden now. It sure is. And if you like beer and you like a good place to enjoy it, this is the place. Amen by the way, login to started in an apartment in logan, believe it or not. And now its one of the biggest what craft breweries in the world. So well look forward to that. South all right. Well, this morning, we are also following some developing news. Evacuation orders in effect for some residents in san pablo because the bomb squad there is investigating some hazardous chemicals discovered in a backyard shed. And ktvu is Bailey Ocarroll has been a live outside that evacuation site all morning long. And i know you just heard from fire officials, bailey, in the last half hour. What can you tell us . Good morning, guys. Thats right. We did just get an update from those fire officials, probably about an hour or so ago. What they told us is that the bomb squad is continuing to do their work here on this scene. Check it out. There is still a lot of First Responders here fire many fire trucks, some even off camera that you cant see, ems, Police Bomb Squad has met officials here in investigating a house on the right side of the street. They would not tell us exactly which house it is, but they did say that it is a house on the right side. Now, they are investigating, as i mentioned, hazardous Hazardous Material that was found in a backyard shed. They said that theres hundreds of boxes with different bottles of Hazardous Material in them, including explosives. They did say they didnt tell us exactly which chemicals, but they said a lot of chemicals in that storage said that they found now, this did prompt a Evacuation Order to go into effect just before 1 00 yesterday. Now, neighbors in this area told us that the home owner of that home that police are at right now passed away about six months ago. They said that he was a chemist and a former professor at uc berkeley. According to the county supervisor, the man could have been collecting these illegal chemicals for 50 years. Officials said that they that the work that the bomb squad is doing right now is incredibly important, but that they have to be incredibly, incredibly tactical and methodical about how they go about treating this scene. Crews have to move methodically. They have to move slowly because they do not know. And a lot of the containers werent labeled. So they dont know exactly what theyre working with. So the process that they have to take is testing the material, the material due to its very nature, what we consider explosive could just be a chemical reaction. A lot of the materials have been identified as being light sensitive, motion sensitive, reactive to water. So they have to be careful and they are going through that process. Each of those types of reactions require different type of action from the Hazardous Material specs im sorry, technicians. So its very methodical. Its very slow and to ensure their safety and the safety of the neighborhood, they have to move in that slow pace. Now, we did ask what chemicals exactly are in that backyard shed. They said at this time they dont have that information. All they would say is that, of course, they are dangerous, possibly explosive and toxic. Now, Officials Say how did these how these chemicals were found was actually by the homeowners, a brother who was here cleaning out his home and his backyard shed. Now, as far as when homeowners can be expected to come back and return to their homes in this area, officials told us that they would likely have an update as to when they will be able to return home at about noon today. So lots of people had to be evacuated. There is an evacuation site. Its about a five minute drive from here. About 20 people were there last night. As far as number of people who spent the night there yesterday, thats about six according to the red cross. And they are hoping that those homeowners, again, will be able to return home here shortly. This morning, reporting live in san pablo, im Bailey Ocarroll. Ktvu fox two news. All right, bailey lots of information. Thank you for that. Happening now, People Living along lincoln avenue in alameda say they are being told Water Service should return by tonight after a massive sinkhole formed on that street. Some new video recorded early this morning. Crews with east bay mud are on the scene to repair that main and patch up that sinkhole. And the ground gave way sometime yesterday afternoon in front of a home. This is lincoln avenue near court street. Traffic has been blocked off since that time. While theres no Running Water going to homes in the area since last night. But they are hoping to get it later tonight. 908. And former President Donald Trump is scheduled to appear today in federal court in washington, dc to face charges that he tried to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Youre taking a look at a live picture of the outside of that federal courthouse just blocks from the us capitol. The former president is scheduled to be arraigned about 1 00 our time as Caroline Shively reports from washington this is becoming a familiar scene for the former president. Just hours from now, President Trump is set to walk into a courtroom here in d. C. Facing federal charges in an alleged scheme to cling to power and defraud the United States. The barriers are up and police from multiple agencies are out in force around the federal courthouse, just blocks from the us capitol, the site of the january 6th riot and a focus of the federal investigation into former President Donald Trump. Now to watch donald trump appear before a court just down the block is going to be profound. Moving the terror of that day, the damage that it did to real lives, people injured and killed. Trump is charged with four federal counts involving defrauding the us, obstructing an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights. His backers call it a political witch hunt of the gop frontrunner for 2024. The reality is, is that theyre just trying to utilize any type of trumped up charges to indict the president so they can actually try and prevent him from being the top political opponent. Trumps lawyers not backing down , appearing to be preparing a defense that says hes not to blame because he relied on the advice of counsel. His former attorney general isnt buying it. He would search for a lawyer who would give him the advice he wanted. Trump posted on truth social. He would like to see a change of venue to what he called politically unbiased in west virginia. That is unlikely since most of the crimes in the indictment are alleged to have happened here in d. C. In washington, Caroline Shively, ktvu fox two news. Well, as weve been talking about, sleep deprivation and other issues like that, a good nights sleep is critical for everyone, but especially for growing children. Of the it looks like from the bay point up that way from bay point of looking over the delta into pittsburg, its a little bit of a shaky picture there. It was kind of hard to see, but you can see its a little bit hazy out there. We do have fog coast and bay side and things are going to be clearing up in the next couple of days. Steve has been telling us all morning. But first, were going to check back in with sal. He is at a sunny part of the bay. He does brewery in petaluma. Yeah, its like a mini zip trip. Were excited to talk about national ipa day and where they are serving beer at 9 00. You find mr. Sal castaneda. Take it away, buddy. Well it opens to the general public at 1130, and they have quite the celebration here planned at Lagunitas Brewing Company for national ipa day, which is the first thursday of every august. So its not always on the same date, but its always on the first thursday. We have ahead brewmaster. They call him brew monster. Jeremy marshall with us. Its nice to see you again. Thanks for welcoming us in. Good to see you too. So ipa day. You know, the only thing about ipa is a lot of people love them, but they cant have that many because theyre a little higher in alcohol content than, lets say, a pale ale. But you have a little bit of a solution, dont you . We brewed a special ipa for ipa day. Thats only 5. 5. The idea is kind of meet in the middle. However, for a classic ipa, we have so many ipas here at lagunitas, so if you get yourself maybe a designated driver and you want to come on out to this facility, you can have and were pouring one of them here. Which one is she pouring . That one is hot. Stupid. Its an old classic that we used to make back starting in maybe 2007, 2008. And it is 8. Oh, my goodness. Okay, so this is the big boy beer and that is the national ipa beer or the one you made especially tell me a little bit more about lagunitas. Lagunitas is very famous for its ipa, but now you have this facility. This place is beautiful. So lagunitas got started in west marin and then it moved to petaluma. Its been around for about 30 years and it always was really, really focused on ipas at a time. I remember when i first started here. So i came along ten years in, so ive been around 20 years. Everybody said, why do you guys make all those hoppy bitter beers . They didnt really like them yet. So based on the back of that, youve built this beautiful facility where you have live music, you have really good food. Ive tried it before and jeremy, when people come here today for ipa day, what can they expect to see . Do you have music . Do you have any other activities . Were going to have a host of special things today when we open at 1130. And really no one needs a ticket. You just show up. Were really glad that you guys are here now, but its not just reporters that are welcome. Its everyone ready. Theres going to be music. Theres going to be circus performers, theres going to be games. All kinds of special things. All right. So the last part is the best part. Chip, allow me to come over here and i think just for the sake of me not being a mess for the rest of the day, im going to go with their session or session ish. The ipa. Thats 5. 5. Thats the big boy right there. Maybe at the end ill have that. Lets see. It tastes just like an ipa. Good job. Good job. Theyre good up there. All right, so frank and allie, i. Im excited to be here in what i call beer heaven. And i think a lot of people are going to be here. Remember its Lagunitas Brewing Company. Well show you a little more about the place in a little bit. But lets go back to you now. I think hes got to try the 8 or dont you, the big boy . I think youre going to request a six pack or something. Maybe bring that back home. I know steve did. Steve, is steve already put his order in a while ago . I did checked on our forecast. Ill take the 5, whatever you could get. Youll take. Yes. All right. Thank you, too. We have a pretty good fog bank out there now. There are some interesting notes to it that some areas have already cleared. To the north. All looks like its starting to disappear pretty fast out towards san pablo bay. But the bigger push has been out towards the east bay. Theyre heading over parts northern parts of the peninsula, san mateo, sunny, but then watch the fog over to hayward. Of course, then san ramon, even almost out to livermore. Dont usually see that all the time, but its getting a stronger surge there. West southwest breeze are a south wind. Its an onshore breeze here. Even from sfo out to hayward and livermore, southeast wind, san jose, nothing new there. Now the water temps, youre probably going to hear a lot about this, but bodega bay and point reyes are cold. 51 degrees. San francisco bay, 53, even monterey, 55. The water temps off of san diego have warmed up considerably in the last three weeks. And there is warm water to the west of us, but not on our immediate coast. So well keep an eye on that, see if the warm water sloshes in here anytime soon. Here, 50, 60 on the temps here. You can see the low clouds, plenty on the coast. So theyll stay cold. It has been a cold summer for many on the coast and also in San Francisco. Very few days of warm temperatures now, that monsoon moisture was so close yesterday , tahoe, truckee, reno. But like that is being pushed out of the area. So i think if youre heading up there, itll be good to go, except for maybe some partly cloudy. I think the activity is moved out. Pretty good system, though, thats wrapped up out towards Salt Lake City for us. And a cool day yesterday. More of the same today. Nice little breeze behind it. Well see temperatures below average, especially inland. But this time of year doesnt take long to warm up. Well start that process tomorrow. And then it does look warm to hot depending on how well deal with it on friday. But it does look like some upper 90s well inland on sunday. You guys. Thank you, steve. Well, new this morning, students in part of the south bay are back to school. The Eastside UnionHigh School District in san jose is one of the first major districts in the bay area to start. The district serves about 21,000 students. Most other Bay Area Schools dont start until next week or later this month. Well, its time to ditch that Summer Vacation bedtime schedule and put a solid sleep routine back in place because kids are going back to school. As you just heard, Health Experts say parents need to establish a consistent bedtime routine to help their kids be successful in the classroom. They see each child needs a different amount of sleep, mostly depending upon their age. Preschool age children get at least ten hours of sleep a night. But really aiming for more of 11 or 13 in kindergarten up until they hit puberty, theyre aiming for at least nine hours. Once you have an adolescent and theyve experienced puberty, they have more adult like sleep needs. So that means a minimum of eight hours. The Academic Year starts this month for most schools right here in the bay area. Well, coming up on mornings on two, the nine growing concern about an east bay missionary group. Steve and maria minor are among the group from the Cornerstone Christian center in antioch. We talked to them on the phone. They told us they were supposed to come home late last week. It was a rollercoaster of emotion. Weve just kind of been sheltering in place here and just waiting to hear something. The families of the missionaries have spoken with Us Government officials, including people from senator Dianne Feinsteins office and congressman john garamendi. Garamendi released a statement saying, quote, my team is working closely with the state department and the constituents to get them home safely. Beyonce is coming to the bay area at the end of the month on august 30th at levis stadium. Now were learning the grammy winning singer is selling listening only tickets to her renaissance tour in the United States. Many fans are criticizing the star for being detached from reality and even selling these tickets. One fan says if she wanted to just listen to the show, shed go stand in the parking lot. It will be well onto a more serious topic here. We have new information about the deployment of california Highway Patrol officers in oakland that we do. Samantha quintana is live in our newsroom with more on the collaboration to help fight crime and which crimes theyll be targeting in the city of oakland. Good morning. Good morning. Chp will be partnering with the Oakland Police department to address the spike in Violent Crimes and theres a couple pieces to this partnership. Highway patrol officers will be strategic deployed throughout the city. Specific trying to combat reckless driving vehicle theft sideshows and highway shootings. The second piece is adding more automated license plate readers. Oakland will get 1. 2 million in state funding to purchase and install more readers to help opd collect evidence and solve crimes. The cameras are already mounted on more than two dozen patrol cars. Oakland mayor shengtao requests help from the state. Earlier this year. In a statement, she said in part, im grateful to Governor Newsom for granting this request from me and the Oakland Police department with the goal of augmenting opd existing patrols and allowing our officers to further focus on a Violent Crime and urgent city needs. But not everyone is happy about this. Critics are calling it a failed strategy. Is a waste of time, is a waste of resources, and it is not going to make oakland any safer. And i am beyond exhausted with the pain and trauma of our people being manipulated to push this law and order agenda that does nothing to keep us safe when they know good and well. Governor gavin newsom is not stupid. He knows that investment in people housing, jobs, mental health, he knows thats what ill get us safe. Chp was brought in multiple times during libby shafts time as mayor and brooke says it didnt result in a noticeable decrease in violence. Chp officers have been deployed in San Francisco since may, but their focus is a little different. Their officers are helping to crack down on open air drug use. Governor newsom just doubled the chp officers in San Francisco in june, and the police chief says they have been a big help seizing large amounts of dangerous fentanyl. Chp has not announced yet when they will be deployed in oakland. Live in the newsroom, amanda quintana, ktvu fox two news. Amanda, thank you. They stole items like laptops, projectors, microphones and a power tool worth some 6,000. Then someone also broke in yesterday and raided a shed. Its a very disheartening situation that happened. Its very sad. Obviously. Its devastating. But if you can also see the energy of the space, were interviewing teachers right now, so we cant let those breakins devastate us and immobilize us. We have to stay focused on what were trying to do at school. By the way, its geared towards atrisk minority teens who may not like or fit in in a traditional classroom. 935 is the time, and were going to introduce you to an organization thats dedicated to helping children and their parents during their most crucial years of development. This giving day, we are highlighting first five contra costa, a Nonprofit Group that helps east bay children thrive from the months before theyre born to when they enter kindergarten. Lets introduce you to ruth fernandez. She is the executive director of first five contra costa. Thanks for being with us. Thank you so much, allie. Really excited to be here and tell you more about first five. Well, first five refers to the first five years of a childs life and how important it is reallyheir lifes about the work your group does and what are the most important things parents caregivers need to know during those first five years . Absolutely well, as you said and as our name implies it, the first five years of a childs development are the most Critical Research shows that a childs brain develops most dramatically in the first five years of life. In fact, by age three, 90 of the brain has developed. But most importantly , Early Experiences really shaped the capacities that children will have for the rest of their lives. So we are first five contra costa are really working to ensure that children grow healthy, ready to learn and supported and safe nurturing families and communities because relationships are really key in early childhood. Give us some examples of how you help children and their families. Yes. So we have one example is we have five first five Centers Across the county. And we hear from families. Parenting is hard enough, right . Theres a lot of things no. One hands you a manual to be a parent. And so when you become a parent, theres a lot of questions. So we want to make sure families are not feeling isolated and that there connected not only to other parents but to other members in the community. So can parents find the locations and just make an appointment or just show up and say i need some advice on what im doing here . Our doors are open. So first five is really our centers are open to any family that has a child or that isnt expecting parent. We offer free classes, workshops, positive Parenting Classes that are evidence based that really focus on caregivers. You know, we work with the entire Adult Community in a childs life, including educators, childcare providers, parents, families, grandparents, you name it, because the adults around the children are really responsible for building those capacities and supporting their development. So everything we do is really around supporting the child to thrive and its free. Im thinking about the children who are three, 4 or 5 years old, six years old now. They had those early formative years during the pandemic and lockdowns. How is your organization addressing some of the things they may need to catch up on . That is a wonderful question. Im glad you asked that. So we again, we hear from families that the pandemic really brought some concerns with developmental delays, social, emotional, relational. And so we offer developmental playgroups and classes that really help adults and children , you know, be around other children and reconnect, really focusing on the social Emotional Development of the child and we also work with teachers, preschool teachers, childcare providers, so that they are really providing those quality Early Learning experiences and supporting children get back into a more social setting. What is the observations and some of the things that theyre asking you guys for help with and advice on . Well the pandemic brought an area of challenges for families from needing basic needs with economic hardship. So we provide access to diapers, food, school supplies. We also connect families to other resources in the county and other services. We also work with childcare and preschools to connect them to kindergarten programs. Finding childcare. Its hard for families not only is it hard because it costs a lot of money, but its weve had a child care crisis shortage shortage. And so were there to really help families identify childcare where they live. It can be very stressful for parents and a lot of pressure on parents to i have to do all these things for my kids. I have to theres a big checklist and if i dont do all these things, theyre going to fail as an adult. Theres a lot of pressure, but what are the basics that parents really need to focus on . The most important things. Im really glad you asked that question because, again, as i said, a parenting is hard enough. And so the one thing i will say, first of all, to parents, you dont have to do this alone. It takes a village to raise a child. And thats what we are really here for. Children might need different things. They might they might have parents might have concerns with developmental delays or anxiety or stress or, you know, just other other things related to their settings. So i would say to parents, dont be afraid to ask questions. Give us a call. Were here to find out and learn more about your child, what your needs are. Visit one of our first five centers. We are across contra costa county, and we have a Community Resource specialist at each site that can answer questions. And a number of experts ready to help. Absolutely we please join the village and dont be afraid to call us and ask a question. Great. Ruth fernandez, executive director of first five contra costa. Thank you for speaking with us and for that good advice. If you would like to donate to first five contra costa, scan the qr code on your screen right now or head to ktvu. Slash giving day. As you heard, they do a lot of good work, important work to help children and their parents. We all know how stressful parenting can be. Yeah we want to swing back out to sal. This morning, whos in the north bay for much of the morning in petaluma. Yeah. National ipa day. And you know when sal has a opportunity to enjoy a frost beverage, he does it. By the way. Absolute i do. And im here with again they call him the brew monster. But most people might call him the brew master. Jeremy marshall. Jeremy, thanks for joining us again. So you were telling me about these beers and their flavor notes. It start there. Well, this is the hop stupid, right . The hop stupid is a double ipa and you should be getting notes of kind of kind of dank pine resin. So like a lot of foresty trees and also grapefruit quite strong. And thats about all i can handle of that since its 8. Now, this is the beer that youve made for national ipa day. What do you call it again . We called it ipa day, ipa. And its simple, very simple. But you know what youre getting . Its 5. 5 and it has notes of strawberry, pineapple, guava and passionfruit. Very pleasant. I like it. Its very pleasant. So 25 off for people who come today to the Lagunitas Brewing Company. You know, thats thats something if youre going to be drinking beer at 25 off everything right so today is the big party. Theres going to be live music performers, all kinds of fanfare, 25 off, all food, all drink for everybody. So we do stress todays the big day. However if somebody cant make it today, we will be celebrating ipa day for the next four days. Live music and people can also unlock that 25 off if they check in any one of our ipas on on tap, which is just an app, you can get it on your phone log in, you check in a beer, you get whats called a badge, and that gets you 25 off everything. All right. So this is your this is basically your most famous beer, the regular ipa that you can pick. Pick it up anywhere. These this tastes good out of the bottle, but you have this for people if they want to just try the regular on tap. Oh, of course. Yes. The flagship ipa will be here along with if i had to guess, i havent counted them. Probably 12 total different ipas to choose from. Great. And theres a lady in a beer costume playing connect for back there. Thats nice. So this place is great. We can see the by the way, the brewery in the back. So frank and allie, if you come to national ipa Day Celebration here at lagunitas brewing, there is a lot theres food. Theres going to be live music over the weekend. And this place i really love it. Youre out of the sun. Its going to be a nice day. Good to have you with us. Its a pleasure to be here. You know, we were talking off camera. She is a nurse by trade. How does a nurse become a big truck driver . Its an interesting story. Im actually an emergency room nurse, which, as you can imagine, fuels the adrenaline that i have for monster trucks. But my husband is also a competitor in the event hell be piloting the gangster machine. And i just pretty much got tired of working on his broken parts and said, scoot over, its my turn. There you go. And you guys go all over the world, right . This is popular in europe. You just got back from europe. Absolutely. You have an access to add on the crash zone edition where you can come down, see real life monster trucks made from the toys come see us, meet us, get our autographs and were bringing a Golden State Warriors truck special to the chase center. Talk about the driver in that because its a special driver is a special driver. Hes Airborne Ranger joe and he was injured not during service, but he drives and hes handicapped. So he drives with just his hands only where the rest of us drive with our hands and our feet and i have been in a monster truck, but these things are enormous. How big is the wheel . Theyre massive. There are 60, 66in tall. Yeah. So a little bit shorter than i am. I can kind of see over my tire, but theyre very large. What what do you do . Pregame warm up . Do you get fired up . Do you listen to music . Yes, i do. Im a big fan of red bulls or what, a couple red bulls. No, no, red bulls for me, im not an energy drink gal, but i like to dance and get the crowd involved. The more action that they bring to me, the more excited i am to get behind the wheel and how pumped up are you when you hear the crowd and you get behind bigfoot, right . Absolutely so excited. Yeah. And i get to pilot the og, the legend, the truck that started the entire industry. Such an honor to be a part of this tour. Not only is it one of the only female drivers in the tour this year, but to be here in San Francisco with you all and you also get to meet a lot of the kids that come. Whats it like when little girls come up and say, you know, i want to be like you . Yeah, its amazing. Its honestly, that is my favorite part. I love meeting the kids. I love hearing their stories. I love seeing their smiles and them asking me questions in general about the truck because you dont get a very often chance to see them up close or meet the performers. Yeah, i can only imagine. And how long i mean, youre out there for how long when youre performing. Its about a two hour show. So we go and we have a little intermission in between. But we have a lot of action packed into this show. We have freestyle motocross art wagon, which is a secret i cant tell you about him. And then seven monster trucks and are you exhausted by the end of the night . Yeah, its exhausting, but its well worth it. It takes a lot of energy, doesnt it . It does. It. And where do you go after here . We head to portland, oregon, next. Far next to our stop, portland, ore. And how long is the tour . And like you said, its worldwide, right . Yeah, absolutely. So were on a 17 week stop right now. So this is stop number two and were in it to win. And we talked about your your nursing background and that does come in handy, right . It does. It does. A lot of times we get hurt more outside the truck than we do in the truck. Were very, very safe. But its an honor to just to rock and roll with the hot wheels. Monster trucks live team. And your husbands a driver, too. He is. He is. What do you guys talk about at dinner . Whos going to do the dishes . Who wins first . Whos going to do the dishes . Whos doing the laundry . All right. And how does that work out . He wins a lot. Hes been driving for a long time. But a bit longer. Yeah, a little bit longer. But thats okay. We have a fun time with it. And you find by show after show, the longer youve done it. How long have you been driving now . Three years now. Three years. Do you get better . Obviously you do. But how does that work . Well, lots of practice. Lots of i watch my footage back, so whatever the fans post on our hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live hashtag, i go back and i watch it on social media very frequently, and i kind of learn from my throttle rhythm and what i hit this time or how i hit something and how i can be better the next time. Whats it feel like to crush a car . Okay okay. Quickly.
