Lake schools' Alumni Hall of Fame taking nominations for 2021 class

Nominations for the 2021 Lake County Schools Alumni Hall of Fame are being accepted.
Nominees must be a Lake public high school graduate. He or she must have made outstanding contributions as an athlete, professional or humanitarian or overcome great adversity.  All nominations must contain a current mailing address, contact information for the nominee (or family, if deceased) and a photograph of the nominee — preferably a head-and-shoulders shot.
The nomination form is available at lake.k12.fl.us by clicking on the "Our District'' tab and selecting the "Alumni Hall of Fame'' link. It can be submitted electronically.
The deadline is 5 p.m. on Friday, March 12. The Education Foundation of Lake County will honor distinguished Lake alumni on April 21 during a small luncheon.
