Man exonerated in the killing of Malcolm X files lawsuit against US government accusing FBI of hiding proof of his innocence

A man who was wrongfully convicted of the 1965 assassination of Malcolm X and exonerated in 2021 has filed a lawsuit against the federal government alleging the agency withheld evidence that would have proved his innocence at the time of the trial.
