For as much as Saskatchewan Party Premier Scott Moe and Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau seemingly loathe each other, they do share a couple things key to their political successes.
Both benefit from opposition leaders not seriously considered viable options by the electorate and from a political spectrum that’s shifted to the respective leader’s advantage.
