Mass test alert being sent to phones, TVs and radios Wednesday afternoon

WATERTOWN — The Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Federal Communications Commission on Wednesday will be conducting a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System and the Wireless Emergency Alerts.
