Memorial event to be held for Irish family who died in collision with suicidal driver

A UK-based relative of an Irish family who were nearly all killed in a horrific collision in Devon is to stage a special fundraiser for medical services and road safety when he climbs a hill 200 times to reach the equivalent height of Mount Everest.
