Navy to exit long-held property opposite San Diego Bay, paving way for redevelopment

The United States Navy will give up its 3.4-acre property at 1220 Pacific Highway, voluntary ending its 100-year lease of real estate opposite San Diego's cruise ship terminal decades ahead of schedule.
