JACKSON — An 8,600-square-foot strip mall is coming to the outskirts of Jackson near the intersection of Interstate 90 and U.S. 71, with construction expected to commence in June.
Donnie and Audree Schoenrock, who own Kat’s Hog Heaven, a restaurant in downtown Jackson, teamed with the Jackson Economic Development Corp. to formally unveil the project Thursday morning on the site of the planned development, which will be built just off Industrial Parkway. The strip mall will be designed as a home to five tenants — with two of those already determined and three open to interested parties.
