NY fabrics manufacturer buys Hanesbrands' Va. plant, retains 96 jobs

Hanesbrands Inc. has reduced its domestic production network by selling its fabric-manufacturing plant in Woolwine, Va., for $3.1 million to a New York specialty-fabrics manufacturer.
