Oriskany Falls, NY Rotary couple honored for helping make better world

Oriskany Falls Rotary Past President Bruce Pierce enjoyed one of his favorite duties March 3 as he presided over a ceremony naming his daughter Crystal Jadwick and her husband Chris Jadwick of Madison as the chapter’s newest Paul Harris Fellow award recipients.
The couple were honored March 3 in a pair of ceremonies at the Hotel Solsville in Madison. The awards were given by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International “in appreciation of tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world.” Their framed certificates were signed by KR Ravindran, the chair of the Rotary Foundation Trustees and Holger Knaack, the president of Rotary International.
