Palmdale man to stand trial in shooting death of L.A. County deputy

Kevin Cataneo Salazar, 29, is accused of murdering Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer, 30, near an L.A. County sheriff's station in Palmdale on Sept. 16. He has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
