A Coral Springs man who became quadriplegic in a 1995 head-first fall faces another in a long list of challenges: He stands to lose the Medicaid-funded caregivers he needs to function without use of his arms and legs because the state raised the workers' wages but didn't fund it right away. Hundreds of other direct care providers and their clients are in the same boat.
