Revolutionary Deep Learning Algorithm Detects Depression from Speech, Study Shows

As an answer to growing cases of depression, a new deep-learning algorithm that can detect signs of depression from a person's speech has recently been developed by researchers at the Jinhua Advanced Research Institute and Harbin University of Science and Technology.
