Rocky River: Records obtained by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer provide additional insight into an investigation into the conduct of six Rocky River High School teachers who lost their jobs because of accusations of inappropriate behavior. The records include claims by a former student that former teacher Russell Shuster hugged and kissed her inappropriately and that another time he talked with her about his sex life, Peter Krouse reports. The school district investigation found that one of the five teachers had photographs of a student, taken in a classroom, on his phone, and that others were found to have participated in an “inappropriate text chain regarding staff members,” although photos of students were not part of the chain.
