Snow, ice leads to car crashes, including a 20-car Roseville pileup

The ramp from eastbound Interstate 696 to eastbound I-94 turned into a parking lot.
The cause of the crash appeared to be an icy ramp, according to WDIV-TV (Channel 4). 
Even though it is April, a cold front moved in Tuesday, blasting metro Detroit with a dusting of snow.
