Spanish River collects first girls' state softball championship in school history

Spanish River High School girls' softball won their last five games, including a heart-thumping 3-2 victory over Tampa Plant in the title game at Legends Way Ball Fields Clermont, for the first girls' softball state championship in the 40th year history of the school.
