Delaware Tuesday opened its Covid-19 vaccination wait list site to all state residents 16 and older at the following link. vaccinerequest.delaware.gov.
Invitations to state vaccination events will be contingent on supply and given a priority based on age and other risk factors, including pre-existing medical conditions. Only the Pfizer vaccine is authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for 16- and 17-year-olds.
As of today, pharmacies may also begin vaccinating Delawareans who are 16 or older. Click here for a link to pharmacies. Community non-chain pharmacies also offer appointments. Individuals can visit or call those pharmacies for for information.
