STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Two Staten Island high school seniors are working to increase student access to college preparatory and career resources and programs — regardless of students’ economic backgrounds.
Staten Island Technical High School seniors Cynthia Lei and Yong Yan (Crystal) Liang thought of the idea of the new student organization, OpportuniTeens, during a trip upstate in December 2019.
