The Board of Directors of Suraj Industries Limited, at their meeting held today ie., Thursday, February 04, 2021, at F-32/3, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Dethi-110020, has, re-considered the terms of preferential issue as approved in Board meeting held on Jan 23, 2021. The modified details are as follows:
- Preferential Issue of up to 13,64,000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 1,36,40,000/-, and
- Preferential Issue of up to 19,89,000 Fully Convertible Warrants ('Warrants'), each carrying a right exercisable by the Warrant holder to subscribe to one Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- per Warrant, at an issue price (including the warrant subscription price and the warrant exercise price) of Rs. 10/- per Warrant aggregating to Rs. 1,98,90,000/-;
