Teacher of the Year finalist is sentenced to one year in JAIL for admitting having sex with 18-year-old student as adult victim says he did not want educator charged

Bridgette Doucette-Howell, 40, was sentenced to one year in jail on Tuesday after she admitted to having sex with an 18-year-old student in 2021 while working as a high school teacher.
