The new CDC mask guidance doesn't apply to Stark County, yet. Here's why.

Recent changes in CDC mask guidance have left many in Stark County and around the country puzzled and vexed.
"I heard about it, but I'm a bit confused," Kiesha Joyner said as she crossed Lincoln Way E in downtown Massillon. "I'm vaccinated, and I thought I was safe now."
JoAnn Cornell, walking in the midday heat with her sister along Lincoln Way, said that she had seen news about guidance but was a little bewildered by the health agency's sudden change of tune.
She and her sister, both vaccinated, were divided on whether they would be willing to mask up again.
