This week,
U.S. News and World Report released its annual of rankings of public high schools across the nation.
Wyomissing Junior/Senior High School earned the top spot in Berks, ranking 32nd in the state and 1,012th nationally.

Wilson High School was second in the county (51st statewide, 1,488th nationally), followed by Boyertown High School (94th statewide, 2,383rd nationally).
A total of 17,860 schools were ranked after a review of nearly 24,000 schools in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The rankings were crafted from data from the 2018-19 school year.
