Only some 9,000 DMC-12 were made during the two-year production run, with estimates saying some 6,000 of them still exist. Of these, here’s one that should be of interest to any true DeLorean and/or Back to the Future fan.

The DMC-12, or the DeLorean as it’s more often called, was neither a very good nor a very practical car. But it was outstanding from a design perspective, and, thanks to its appearance in the Back to the Future series, it became a cult classic. To this day, demand for an original running DeLorean remains high.
