Tianjin asks govt firms to move data out of Alibaba, Tencent clouds-document

The Chinese city of Tianjin has asked municipally controlled companies to migrate their data from private sector operators like Alibaba Group (9988.HK) and Tencent Holdings (0700.HK) to a state-backed cloud system by next year, according to a document seen by Reuters.
