Today on Texas Standard: Demand for mental health care continues to soar

Demand for mental health services has continued to climb since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a new survey from the American Psychological Association. We'll hear from Dr. Alfonso Mercado, a licensed clinical psychologist and an associate professor in the Department of Psychological Science at the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley.
